TrendyKid Terms and Conditions Thank you for visiting TrendyKid.com. We want your shopping experience with our store to be the best so please observe our terms and conditions. By visiting our store or shopping from our catalogs you agree and consent to our terms and conditions when purchasing or viewing and products. Registration and Account Management Upon account registration with TrendyKid you are responsible for all transactions under your account. Pricing We reserve the right to change any price at any given time in our catalog or online store. Shipping Please provide a valid business or residential address. We deliver via USPS and Fedex unless otherwise requested. We can deliver to PO Boxes only with USPS. International Shipments We are pleased to ship internationally and we will follow USPS – or Fedex international rates. Damaged Shipments Please notify TRENDYKID of all damaged shipments within 48 hours to validate return. Order Dispatch All orders are processed Monday to Friday, except holidays and rush deliveries. All orders received Monday through Friday before 12.00 EST are usually shipped same day. Back orders or special orders are shipped when items are received. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. Any refused ground shipments will be charged a return/re-stock fee of 15%. Any express package returned/re-fused will be charged the cost of the return + 15%. Refunds Trendykid are happy to offer exchange or store credit. Return Policy The following conditions must be followed in order to return items. All sales are final unless damaged or faulty or with prior authorization from TrendyKid. The item must be returned to Trendykid within 30 days in original packaging unused. All items must be returned with a return code. Please call in advance to obtain your code before mailing any packages to validate. All packages must be returned insured mail at the sender’s expense. Any packages refused at delivery will have the return fee deducted from product credit plus a 15% re-stock fee. All store credits are valid for 6 months from issuance. Security TrendyKid utilizes GeoTrust’s 128-bit SSL certificate, thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web server are private and secure.
